Lecturer in Plumbing Location: Central UK Salary: GBP24,118 - GBP38,244 per annum Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in Plumbing or a dedicated industry worker to join the team with one of our amazing colleges in Redditch. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching in Plumbing and associated areas, alongside engaging in the development of new courses and contributing actively to the learner recruitment process. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching across a variety of Plumbing programmes. Develop new courses and contribute to curriculum enhancements. Provide support and guidance to learners, ensuring successful achievement of learning outcomes. Engage actively in the recruitment and advisory processes for new learners. Utilise new technologies in teaching, learning, and assessment practices. Maintain and manage accurate records and administrative tasks aligned with educational standards and requirements. What you need A relevant teaching qualification or the willingness to obtain one within two years of appointment. A minimum Level 2 qualification in English and Maths. Proven experience in delivering high-quality educational programmes in Plumbing. Excellent organisational and communicative skills. A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. What #39;s in it for you?
