Contract Type: Permanent Hours: Up to full time Based at Secondary School, East Hull Salary: M1 to M9 GBP30,000 to GBP46,525 (depending on experience) Start Date: 1 September 2024 An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Teacher of Technology (food specialism preferred).We are looking for a highly-motivated, forward-thinking and passionate individual to facilitate and encourage learning which enables pupils to achieve high standards. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the well-being, education and discipline of all pupils. Job Purpose: To facilitate and encourage learning which enables student to achieve high standards: to share and support the corporate responsibility for the well-being, education and discipline of all students Plan and teach well-structured lessons of a high standard to students following designated programmes of study, carrying out necessary assessments, proving information/comments for records, monitor students in accordance with agreed departmental strategies, promote a love of learning and students intellectual curiosity, set homework and plan other out of class activities to consolidate and extend knowledge and understanding.
