Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to start their career in quantity surveying within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Key Responsibilities * Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects * Help in managing project costs from inception to completion * Support in conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments * Assist in preparing tender and contract documents * Help in valuing completed work and arranging for payments * Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other professionals * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Ensure compliance with all legal and quality standards Qualifications and Skills * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field * Strong numerical and analytical skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Eagerness to learn and develop within the industry * Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Previous experience or internships in construction or property development (desirable but not essential) How to Apply If you are passionate about starting a career in quantity surveying and want to be part of a company that values innovation, sustainability, and excellence, we would love to hear from you.
