Facilities Officer Job Type Full Time, Permanent Location Salisbury Salary GBP24,294 - GBP24,702 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Salisbury City Council has an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our friendly team, contributing to the day-to-day operations looking after the Council rsquo;s buildings and assets. The Role This role would be ideal for someone who is willing to work in all weathers, has good communication skills along with excellent administration experience to support the operational management of our Facilities team. Key Responsibilities * Oversee leases * Take meter readings * Liaise and work with stakeholders * Willingness to work in all weathers * Carry out inspections and travel from site to site Skills and Qualifications * Proficient in Microsoft Office and excel in building meaningful working relationships through strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Have the ability to thrive within a team while effectively prioritising and adapting to a dynamic workload sets you apart. * Must enjoy a job that involves office work and the great outdoors. * Experience working on digital database systems. * Experience using outlook, word and excel. * Good communication skills.
