Registered Manager ndash; Nursing Home Timperley, Altringham Up to GBP65,000 I am looking for an experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead a fabulous nursing home near Altringham. The service is home to fifty-six residents and is rated as #39;GOOD #39; by CQC. It is a purpose home and offers a contemporary and comfortable setting for nursing, residential, and dementia care. Residents enjoy superb amenities, including spacious bedroom suites, cosy living areas, and a beautifully landscaped garden. In this post you will: * Provide leadership and direction to the home rsquo;s staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy * Recruit, train, motivate, and retain a team of skilled care professionals who are committed to delivering person-centred care * Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support * Manage the home rsquo;s budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed * Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home rsquo;s services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders * Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns * Have oversight of all records to ensure that the home rsquo;s administrative tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner * Continuously monitor and evaluate the home rsquo;s performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary * Manage and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring that the home is a safe and secure environment for residents and staff For this great post you will need: * Previous experience of managing a nursing home * A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Outstanding * Good communication skills and can maintain excellent working relationships at all levels, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors * A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home * Enthusiasm and passion for developing high level of person-centred care * Ability to actively participate in the growth and development of the care service. * NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience is desirable but not essential In return you will receive: * Fantastic support from the senior management of the company including marketing, recruitment, finance and HR * Annual performance related bonus * * Additional bonuses based on excess profit* * Commuting mileage* * Comprehensive induction programme * Further training and career progression * 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) * Private medical cover * 24 hour Employee Assistance Programme * Cost of DBS covered * *Terms and condition apply For more information on this role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
