Compliance Coordinator The role hellip; To on-board candidates, obtain and maintain relevant compliance information and documentation as per client requirements and current legislation. This role requires you to understand and implement compliance processes and communicate and enforce them internally by working with consultants and managers in a professional manner. Your duties hellip; You #39;ll take responsibility for the day-to-day on-boarding to contract candidates, monitoring and processing contract requests in a timely manner in line with client requirements and best practice. You will be authorising placements for payment and invoicing as well as amending and updating placement information as required and resolving queries relating to compliance requirements and/or placements. You #39;ll be reviewing work processes and if there are any ideas for improvement to discuss this with the Compliance Manager / Team Leader. In addition to this, you #39;ll develop and maintaining an excellent understanding of the company #39;s database and its functions whilst monitoring, chasing, checking and processing compliance and contractual documentation. You #39;ll establish and maintain excellent customer relations (both internal and external) to act as first point of contact for consultants from ARM and Optamor and escalate any concerns to the Team Leader. You #39;ll work closely with other areas across shared services and participate in the training of new team members. You will also get the chance to participate in client audits. Meticulous approach - accuracy is absolutely key to this role. Assimilate new information quickly and easily. Have previous experience of working in a busy office environment, meeting strict deadlines. Ability to manage high volumes of work and prioritise where required. Experience of working in a role with demanding clients. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel Outlook.
