Preparing Business Studies teaching and learning materials Providing guidance and advice to pupils on education and on their further education and careers Providing feedback to students and parents, through consultation evenings, phone calls or written communication as appropriate Contributing to department planning and self-evaluation Providing professional support to other teachers and support staff Attending departmental and school meetings, either during or after the school day, as requested What do you need? A business studies-related education degree A valid PGCE / QTS An enhanced DBS registered to the update service (If you do not hold this, we can arrange for you at a cost of GBP44, which is refundable once you have completed ten days in your new role.) Knowledge of the UK Secondary Curriculum and the subjects Able and willing to travel to the area 2 education-based references A passion for teaching Good approach to behaviour management A determined, hard-working attitude Immediate start is available.
