Senior pr executive

Working for a dynamic and well-established PR and Marketing Agency this role involves identifying opportunities for feature articles and additional activity. Writing and researching press releases, case studies and features and producing content for social media feeds, as well as day to day account administration. * Early finish Fridays * 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus birthday off, plus additional leave over Xmas! * Perkbox Job Description: * Maintenance of records of all press coverage * Preparation of campaign evaluation and reporting material for client meetings * Attending client meetings and preparing contact report / minutes and other materials * Research, writing and distribution of press releases and case studies * Placing features and extending case studies, organising site visits and client interviews * Developing engaging and relevant content for Twitter and Facebook accounts * Identifying opportunities for video and developing filming briefs and interview points and conducting interviews on film * Briefing journalists, attending journalist meetings and/or presentations * Selling in and writing feature articles * Sourcing photographic quotes and preparation of photographic briefs * Attending trade exhibitions * Participation in new business presentations * Providing research to inform pitches and ongoing client work * Attending journalist and client events outside of office hours for relationship building / networking Person Specification: * Previous experience in a similar role is essential * Able to demonstrate previous writing for clients / have examples of work * Understanding of each client rsquo;s business activities, key issues and competitive advantage * Able to identify opportunities to promote the client and their activities * Excellent attention to detail * Good communication skills * Able to multi task and prioritise * Happy working to deadlines Additional Information: Up to GBP26,000 Monday ndash; Thursday, 9:00am ndash; 5:30pm, Friday 9am ndash; 4:30pm 21 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday off Additional leave during Christmas and new year due to office closure Private medical scheme (on completion of 6-month probationary period) Perkbox (on completion of 6-month probationary period) Car parking available Pension scheme Refer a friend and earn GBP100!
