Junior Protection Advisor GBP27K OTE GBP55K Sale MERJE is looking for a highly driven money hungry Sales Advisor to join this established team in Sale. As a Junior Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for selling a range of protection insurance products and ensuring the right customer outcome is achieved. The Role As a Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for converting client enquiries to policies for prospective clients over the phone. You will generate business equal to or in excess of the monthly target, provide every client with an exceptional customer service level, and ensure TCF and best customer outcome is achieved. You will use all data to maximise sales, provide the client with the best possible advice, and ensure the client provides all relevant documentation and is chased up for this where required. You will work and administer workflows, diaries, and chase calls within required timescales, ensure maximum revenue is collected by the business, and deal with all clients in a positive and professional manner. You will give feedback/ideas on how processes can be improved/made more efficient, act in a professional manner and deliver excellent customer service at all times, deal with any client queries as required, ensure computer records are kept up to date, and undertake any other duties that fall within the scope of this job.
