Role: Paint Sprayer Location: Leicestershire Salary: GBP16 to GBP18 per hour Shift: Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 6am (Night Shift) Benefits: Annual bonus on company performance + Free onsite parking + Company Pension + Company Social Events + Excellent career progression opportunities + Training courses. The Paint Sprayer Role: Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive of up to 15 new engineers, assigned exclusively to Optima UK. As part of this planned growth, they are now looking to recruit a paint sprayer on the night shift in the joinery department. The Candidate If you are looking to apply for this position, you must: Be competent in paint spraying. Be familiar with working with various types of paints and lacquers (PC, AC, PU, water paints, fire resistance). Be able to prepare the surface for painting (grinding, matting, priming). Have previous experience in a track -fed line is advantageous. Be reliable and flexible towards working hours and overtime. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
