We #39;re seeking a passionate Post 16 SEN Teacher to teach and manage a class of students on the autistic spectrum in 6th Form. As a Post 16 Class Teacher, you will lead vocational curriculum initiatives, guide students through pre-employment skills, and oversee work placements. The role - Post 16 SEN Teacher Post 16 SEN Teacher Deliver a vocational curriculum to pupils with varying needs. Develop and implement individualised goals and objectives for pupils based on their individual strengths and needs. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to provide a supportive learning environment. Commit to ongoing professional development and training. Ability to differentiate curriculum delivery for pupils. Demonstrable skill in implementing individualised goals and objectives to address the core features of SEN. Ability to work as a member of a team as well as lead.
