Fire Alarm Service Engineer Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Alarm Service Engineer. * The Fire Alarm Service Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as troubleshooting, technical support, preventive maintenance, and customer service in fire and security systems. * You will be expected to cover the Croydon area * Call out is GBP210 per week GBP30 per day. Up midnight is time and half midnight onwards double time * Call-out is 1 in 6 weeks * Paid door-to-door except for 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening * Plenty of overtime available * Engineers must have their hand tools Key Qualifications * FIA Trained 1,2,3 as a minimum * Gent trained * Field Service and Technical Support skills * Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills * Customer Service skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team * Experience in the fire protection and security industry is a plus * Technical certifications or relevant qualifications In return, our client is offering the below remuneration package. * Salary up to GBP36,000 plus overtime and bonuses earn up to GBP45k * Nest pension * 20 days annual leave plus your birthday off and 1 additional day you have worked for the business each year.
