Site Maintenance Handyperson / Fabric Technician Salary: GBP32,000 per annum Location: St Paul rsquo;s, City of London Hours of Work: Mon ndash; Fri, 2pm ndash; 10pm A large FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Handyperson/Fabric Technician to work at a commercial/industrial site based near the St Pauls area, City of London. This is a permanent position paying a salary of GBP32,000 per annum. Working Monday ndash; Friday, 2pm- 10pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression. Duties Responsibilities: * Carry out general building repair and maintenance * Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture * Basic plumbing and small leak repairs * Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles * To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards * Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards * L8 works are required on site Candidate requirements; * Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs * Relevant trade qualifications, such as City Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry Joinery/ is preferred. * Essential to have excellent client facing skills For further information or to discuss your application please contact Jamie at The InVictus Group on (phone number removed)
