Retail Store and Cigar Lounge Manager Cambridge Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience A business steeped in tradition, Robert Graham 1874 is an independent whisky bottler, spirits retailer cigar emporium. With 3 shops in the UK, and a strong online presence, we have been providing the finest whiskies and cigars to our customers for 150 years. We are seeking an ambitious manager, with experience in retailing luxury spirits, cigars and tobacco products, to lead the day-to-day operations at our Cambridge store and lounge. The Role of the Store and Lounge Manager * Manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory, event planning, and staff management * Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service * Develop and implement strategies to maximise store profitability * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock ordering * Maintain a clean and organised store and lounge Requirements for the Store and Lounge Manager * Previous experience of working in spirits and/or tobacco retail * Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team * Solid administrative skills for managing paperwork, schedules, and orders * Ability to supervise and delegate tasks efficiently * At least two years retail management or assistant management experience * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. * A Personal Licence for alcohol service would be beneficial Benefits available for the Store and Lounge Manager Generous staff discount Commission based incentives Company Events If you have the drive to lead a store as part of a business that has been trading for 150 years, then we would love to take a look over your CV and cover letter
