Role: Management Accountant Location: Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6QW Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Management Accountant to join our successful team at OA Recruitment. Working closely with the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the business, by producing management accounts and performance and KPIs reports to aid decision making. Benefits: middot; 24 days holiday + bank holidays with opportunities to earn more! middot; Wellbeing programme including contributions, monthly mindfulness hours and more middot; Year-round incentives, including trips abroad middot; Bonus schemes middot; True career progression Duties of an Management Accountant at OA: Lead timely, accurate and precise reporting of monthly management accounts with commentary Variance analysis for differences between forecast and actual figures from forecasts Producing weekly GP reports and KPI analysis Responsible for calculating monthly commission for the Recruitment Consultants monthly Manager bonus schemes Support in the annual budgeting cycle, monthly budget monitoring forecasting cycle What we would like from you: Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, CIMA with experience in management accounting essential Accomplished Excel and analytical skills.
