This position is hybrid (once a week to the Reading office) with potential travel to London and worldwide (if you want to!). Responsibilities: Be the trusted adviser for customers and develop an understanding of their objectives, technical challenges, and business goals. Provide product expertise to customers and partners on various aspects of the platform Work closely with the Sales team to deliver customer solutions Provide direct support to critical customer issues over conference calls, on-site visits, etc. Beneficial if you had: Hands-on programming language in Java Industry knowledge of Capital Markets or iGaming.
