Location: Kirklees, West Yorkshire Position: Textiles Teacher Start Date: ASAP Salary: GBP150 - GBP225 per day About the Role: I am seeking a passionate and dedicated Textiles Teacher to join our vibrant secondary school in Kirklees. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students, fostering a love for textiles and creative arts. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive textiles lessons to students at various levels. Develop and implement a curriculum that meets educational standards and stimulates students #39; creativity. Assess and monitor students #39; progress, providing constructive feedback and support. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Participate in departmental meetings, planning, and professional development activities.Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching textiles or a related subject at the secondary school level. Strong knowledge of textiles techniques, materials, and processes. Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and engage students with diverse learning needs. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Benefits: Competitive daily rate of GBP150 - GBP225.
