Assembly fitter

Westwood Recruitment are currently on the lookout for an Assembly Fitter to join our client on a permanent basis in Stockport with an immediate start available. Job Responsibilities middot;You will be performing assembly work as required by customers specifications middot;To interpret engineering drawings specifications and assemble components that are in line with company as well as customer specifications middot;Be able to bend and thread light bore hydraulic tubing in accordance with customer schematics middot;Pressure testing in line with the specifications given middot;To have attention to detail and maintain a high level of housekeeping which follows the company rsquo;s 5S program middot;To maintain the company rsquo;s quality and high health and safety procedures Role Requirements middot;Have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings middot;Have crane slinging experience middot;Forklift experience middot;Pressure testing experience is also desirable Package Details -Monday to Friday 40 hours per week -25 days holiday per annum plus 9 set holidays -Life Assurance Policy -Cycle to work scheme -Company pension -Employee Assistance Programme -Free onsite parking
