Overview: Working for a leading training and development organisation, you will proactively support, develop and motivate adult learners (16+) working towards professional work based qualifications. You will receive a holistic induction ongoing training to support your transition into the role and sector. A typical week: * Support enrolment of students * Complete progress reviews with students * Respond to student requests queries * Handle related administration compliance You will need the following for this role: * 2 years experience engaging students/learners * Confident clear communication skills (verbal written) * A high level of administration, organisation IT skills * Car driver (desirable) Benefits: 30 days holiday + bank holidays, company bonus, pension and funded professional development qualifications.
