Head of operations

I am currently headhunting for a Head of Operations for growing business based in Gwent. This role would suit a Production, Supply Chain or Engineering focussed professional looking to have full operational responsibility for a growing business. You will be closely involved in the businesses strategic planning and the delivery of its operational excellence and development, meaning you #39;ll have the opportunity to develop their strategy how you see fit. The Head of Operations reports directly to the Managing Director , as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), is responsible for the major functions of Operational performance, Engineering , Supply Chain, Production , Project management, Health and Safety and external. This role handles responsibility of the smaller Scotland site and would require around once a month travel to the site. Role - Salary GBP65,000- GBP75,000 + 10% Bonus + Electric Company Car - Manufacturing experience is essential. - Good Progression Opportunities.
