Our client is a niche boutique agency that has enjoyed year-on-year growth since being founded at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic in February 2020 and now looking to hire a highly motivated knowledgeable individual to join and lead The Acquisitions Sales Department. The role consists of working alongside the company owner and partner brokers focussing on both acquisitions sales on behalf of their clients across London #39;s fast-paced market as well as advising high-net-worth individuals, embassies corporate entities on their investment portfolio. Job Title - Real Estate Broker Essentials * Knowledgeable across property sales and brokering * Pro-active mindset * Attention to detail * Creative thinker * Deal Maker * High level of diligence * Fluent in English * Unrestricted right to work in accordance with UK legislation Key Responsibilities * Generating fees via brokering sale or purchase transactions * Maintaining communications with personal group(s) of prospective buyers sellers via extensive contact / property viewings * Updating vendor clients on their property marketing * Confidently communicating with clients to negotiate the best possible deals for all parties * Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of London rsquo;s property market and Company #39;s currently available listed properties and those about to come to market * Managing the sales/purchase progression, ensuring all legal responsibilities and paperwork have been completed by all parties * Gain listing instructions from vendors * Negotiate fees with vendors * Keeping company CRM system records up to date * Maintaining knowledge of current relevant legislation and awareness of AML practices.
