HR Assistant Leicester To GBP25k depending on experience plus bonus We are looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to join our client rsquo;s team and work alongside the HR Advisor in supporting the Head of HR. This role involves providing proactive, high-quality, people-centred services across the full employment life cycle and covering business travel arrangements for the PA to the CEO. Key Responsibilities: bull; Manage the HR Inbox, providing first-line support on all queries and referring complex issues to the People Operations Advisor or Head of People Operations. bull; Assist with casework issues for employees including informal disciplinary and grievance cases, intermittent absence management, and welfare concerns. bull; Help maintain HR policies bull; Maintain accurate data within the HR Management System. bull; Monitor key metrics including recruitment, training, and absence. bull; Assist in resourcing and recruitment, liaising with external recruitment consultants bull; Review and update Job Overviews. bull; Provide guidance on the selection processes. bull; Contribute to the development of an effective onboarding/induction process for all employees. bull; Maintain the Training Platform and assist in coordinating the delivery of training plans. The Person : bull; CIPD Level 3, working towards or with a desire to achieve Level 5. bull; Effective verbal and written communication, delivering messages clearly and concisely. bull; Strong time management and organizational skills. bull; Attention to detail in processing casework to accurate and quality standards. bull; Thorough knowledge of human resource best practices and current UK employment legislation. bull; Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages In return you will receive a competitive benefits package which includes a 9 day working pattern ( Monday to Friday but with every other Friday off ), bonus scheme, company pension, employee assistance patterns and 25 days holiday
