Enthusiastic, competent and motivated with strong communication and organisational skills Conscientious and detail oriented person with a proven track record in administration in order to support the Management Team. Outstanding customer service skills are an essential requirement. Candidates should have knowledge and experience with Google Workspace. A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You The main area of responsibility will be to provide general office support within all areas of administration to a busy grounds maintenance team. Duties will include, raising purchase orders and invoicing, payroll and personnel administration, Administration of a dedicated sports booking platform for pitch bookings throughout the borough, Management of an allotment database including liaising with volunteer allotment officers and dealing with enquiries from members of the public.
