Associate Director - Airport Civil Engineer Location: London, Epsom, Manchester or Birmingham Salary: GBP60,000- GBP75,000 plus GBP5500 car allowance (depending on experience) Shape the Future of our cities and environments. We are well established at all major UK airports, including Heathrow, Gatwick and Manchester and have a growing portfolio of overseas commissions. We #39;re big on expertise but not on hierarchy. We are looking for individuals who are creative, organised, self-motivated and collaborative with experience in co-ordinating and delivering designs at senior level in an airport environment. Your Purpose Lead a team undertaking technical design work within an airport environment. Work with clients to achieve their objectives delivering successful projects. Contribute to the development of our airport civil engineering business and technical delivery with a natural curiosity at implementing innovative ways of design and delivery. Show demonstrable knowledge and experience of airfield pavement design, materials specification and maintenance including principles and application of UK and international pavement design methods. Successfully co-ordinate and deliver design solutions on time and to budget. What you can bring Chartered or Fellow Civil Engineer. Airfield and infrastructure design experience, including successful delivery of schemes from concept to detailed design. Knowledge of either Airport or Highways pavement design, materials specification and maintenance with an appreciation of principles and application of UK and international pavement design methods. Experience in developing client relationships and work winning activities. Ability to prepare briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
