Plumber

Plumbers based in Gateshead/North East required to work with a leading Gateshead based local council. My client requires an experienced Plumbers to carry out reative and planned repairs on tenanted social housing properties across the Gateshead and wider North East region. Work will include carrying out 2nd fix plumbing repairs ranging from fixing leaks, replacing sinks, taps, basin, baths and showers amongst other plumbing related tasks. This is a temporary to permament positon working a standard 40 hours per week Monday - Friday. Pay rate: GBP20 - 21 per hour Requirements: Minimum NVQ or City Guilds level 2 in Plumbing Qualifications, NVQ3 in Domestic natural Gas installation and maintenance, ACS accreditation in CCN1, CENWAT1,CKR1, HTR1, DAH1, CAPA1 * Boiler turn offs and On, CP1 and CP14 test certs * Regulation 8 surveys * Kitchen and Bathroom install #39;s (Wet rooms / adaptions) * White goods removals and re-fit * Repairs * Depending on Qualifiactions Unveted You will have experience of delivering multi-trade work with additional trade skills Full UK Driving Licence Interested?
