Our client based in central Horley is looking for a strong and organised administrator to support a busy department documenting and collating information from sites across the UK. This position will entail working with spreadsheets to add filter and sort and lines of data, so you must be comfortable working with Excel and bespoke systems, bringing together information from several sources and collating them into specific files and documents for the wider business. The Role: Sort documents into correct electronic folders Updating excel sheets with correct information, always maintaining accuracy Making sure any work that has been done is recorded with correct serial numbers in line with the companies #39; processes Skills Required: Self-motivated approach to work Ability to prioritise effectively Meticulous attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on all levels We are looking to recruit for this ASAP, with interview taking place on site next week so if this sounds like the right next opportunity for you, please apply today.
