We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst - RMX Performance to join our team at Solihull, Birmingham. Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Senior Analyst - RMX Performance you will be responsible for: Managing the provision of RMX national operations financial information and reports as part of the National RMX Operations team This also includes performance plans, budget, and forecasts, providing financial advice, supporting and challenging as appropriate to improve performance nationally and regionally. #x200B; Act as the senior lead coaching and mentoring analyst in the wider team to upskill the analytical team, leading the way in report automation #x200B; Lead the provision of accurate, timely and insightful Operational Analysis, to facilitate improved understanding and decision making in the Regional businesses #x200B; Drive the standardised treatment of working capital and stock control and reporting for the regional and national teams and drives operational efficiencies in these areas in a standardised and consistent manner Support the businesses in order to maintain governance and uphold performance standards in line with the Operational Excellence (OE) principles. #x200B; Working closely with business and finance colleagues to ensure clarification and understanding of business performance and actions to improve The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for the role of Senior Analyst - RMX Performance will have experience of: Excellent analytical background, with relevant technical skills and understanding. #x200B; Analytical / accounting experience in large multi site, construction or manufacturing businesses, preferably with an insight to the RMX business. #x200B; Demonstrable understanding of the business dynamics, controls and processes. #x200B; Knowledge of modelling and reporting tools (SAP, Anaplan, Excel, Power BI etc..) #x200B; Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and develop relationships and networks #x200B; Excellent system, reporting and communication skills. #x200B; Strong commercial acumen, coaching and mentoring skills #x200B; A proven track record of delivery of key control information and contribution to improvement action plans #x200B; Ability to work under pressure Why UsIn addition to the role of Senior Analyst - RMX Perofrmance we also offer an extensive range of career development opportunities and industry-leading rewards, incentives and benefits including: Bonus scheme Contributory pension scheme Access to the Tarmac Reward website with discounts on retailers, holidays, etc. Access to our Employee Assistance helpline for free and confidential advice Access to join our Employee Communities (employee networks) we currently have nine communities inc.(REACH) Religious, Ethnic, Cultural Heritage, LGBTQ+, Parents carers, Ability, Wellbeing, Female voice and menopause Training and development opportunitiesInterested?
