Communications consultant

Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for a Communications Consultant to be engaged on a permanent basis, to be located in Bridgewater offering flexible hybrid working. About the Opportunity The client is seeking a Communications Consultant to collaborate closely with the Head of Communications to execute our clients engineering communications strategy effectively. In this role you #39;ll take ownership of producing engaging, informative content for an internal audience, including, but not limited to, intranet stories, digi-screen content and weekly newsletters. Key responsibilities will be: -Lead the internal communications efforts related to employee networks -Staying abreast of what #39;s happening in order to identify and put in place the appropriate communication strategies and plans that enable the successful embedding and communication of change -Accountable for the preparation and sign off of verbal, written and digital communications -Represent the function/Business Unit at internal and external meetings -Provide communication support for business-wide initiatives, events, and networks Qualifications -A natural communicator who enjoys engaging with colleagues, gathering insights, and understanding what #39;s happening across the organisation. -A planner who can manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Interact with stakeholders at all levels from the Exec through to peers and front line staff -Respond to quickly changing circumstances and high levels of demand, providing timely, high quality communications support as needed Why We #39;re Different: Westlakes Recruit are a people solutions business that understands the complexities of nuclear and the importance of our clients #39; mission critical objectives.
