Hgv class 2 night driver

Our client based in Enfield require Category C (LGV Class 2) drivers for immediate starts for temporary to permanent roles. Various benefits which include 45-minute breaks paid following a 12-week qualifying period, a 50% discount card that can be used at all stores. Qualify for annual company profit share every April (when a full-time employee). Duties consist of up to 8 deliveries per shift, on average 4-5. The option to work for premium weekend rates (see below) are also available upon request. Deliveries will vary within an 80-mile radius of Enfield; The deliveries can be to central London or as far as Cambridge. All vehicles are modern and well-maintained. Extensive training by the driver trainer is compulsory and support from the transport department is available when required. Drivers with a minimum of 3 months #39; experience are preferred but not essential. Safe and secure parking is available onsite along with excellent facilities. Pay Rates Up to 12 Weeks Period: * Mon to Fri, GBP15.00 p/h PAYE, up to 8 hours per shift. GBP20.35 p/h PAYE after 8 hours worked. * Saturday, GBP19.67 p/h PAYE, up to 8 hours per shift, a flat rate for all hours worked. * Sunday and Bank Holidays, GBP22.11 p/h PAYE, up to 8 hours per shift, flat rate all hours worked. * Weekly pay can potentially exceed GBP900.00. Pay Rates and Benefits following 12 Weeks/Pay Parity: * Mon to Sat, GBP16.31 p/h PAYE, up to 39 hours per shift. GBP24.47 p/h PAYE after 39 hours worked. * Sunday GBP32.62 p/h PAYE, up to 8 hours per shift, flat rate all hours worked. * Bank Holidays up to GBP48.93 p/h PAYE. * 45-minute breaks are paid for (following the 12-week qualifying period). * 50% discount card at all stores nationwide * Potential annual company profit share when full-time. * Weekly pay can potentially exceed GBP1000.00. Shift Pattern: * Each successful candidate will be placed on a shift rota which will consist of 5 shifts per week within 7 days, Monday to Sunday period (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday at premium rates). * Days/afternoon, start time window is between 11:00 and 15:30. * Nights, start time window is between 21:00 and 01:00. * Most shifts last between 8 and 10 hours.
