About the role: We are looking for experienced support workers to work for a leading care provider in UK, to work with adults with various complex needs. This will be done within a within residential unit. Duties will include: * To create a home environment that exceeds the needs of the young adults, enabling them to develop their characters, feel safe and enrich their lives. * To provide a stimulating environment, implementing educational, personal and social development of the adults * Contributing to the resident #39;s care plans and risk assessments * Maintain and promote residential care work to high levels of professionalism with citizens with physical disabilities, Autism or challenging behaviour * To meet the emotional and physical needs of our residents and maximise opportunities for their development SHIFTS: 08:00-22:00 days, and 22:00-08:00 nights, depending on your preference. We are looking for someone who can commit to 4 days a week adding up to 48 hrs per week. Locations: NG20 in Shirebrook Pay Rate: GBP12.30 /HR This is a Temp to Perm role leading to full-time employment after 12 weeks.
