Area manager

Leading High Street Fashion Brand are seeking an Area Manager to cover stores in the South East Area to drive sales across the region. Key Responsibilities bull; Ensure all KPIs are achieved and manage stock efficiency across your area bull; Actively support your store managers with recruitment and HR bull; Provide administrative support bull; Ensure all targets are hit across all stores, including managing stock across the region bull; Work with Store Managers to ensure that recruitment and training demands are met bull; Drive company visions and goals, obtaining buy-in from all staff members bull; Identify trends across various locations and use this to help drive performance across the region bull; Take a commercial approach to delivering sales results across the region In order to be successful in this role you must: bull; Have a background in Fashion managing an area of 15 stores bull; Have experience as an area or district manager ideally within a high-volume business bull; Be sales focused bull; Have the ability to manage and motivate staff in order to meet all targets To hear more about this role send your CV to Sam at ROC Recruitment
