We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of specialist medical devices to hospitals and other healthcare institutes in the UK and Europe. Due to expansion and increasing sales, we are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated persons who have a positive can-do attitude with excellent communication skills to join our team. Job Description Customer retention includes calling existing customers for annual renewals. * Acting as a point of contact for all service users, including patients, GP practices, Dispensing appliance contractors, and other healthcare professionals on an inbound and outbound call basis. * Confirming and processing orders in an accurate and timely manner and identifying potential issues where required. * Contacting a range of healthcare professionals to resolve any prescription queries that may arise. * Answering patient queries and going above and beyond to support our service users. * Responding accurately to emails and phone enquiries in a timely, considerate and professional manner. * Supporting the field team in answering any queries in a prompt manner. * Creating accurate reports for b2b transactions. * Accurately and precisely inputting and storing data onto the current database. Requirements * Highly organised, detail-oriented and analytical individual. * Candidates with strong administrative experience. * Individuals with a good ability to problem solve. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong confident telephone communication skills. * Proficient in Google applications and other office systems. * The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems. * Self-motivated team player with the ability to use own initiative. * Previous customer service experience. * Previous experience of processing prescriptions is desirable but not essential. * Remains calm and in control when faced with potentially difficult calls. * A strong understanding and respect for confidentiality is important. * An understanding of the importance of GDPR. * A caring approach to patient care. * GCSE English language and Maths (Grade C+ or equivalent) Details: * Full training and support will be provided in all relevant areas of the business. * Holidays: 20 days (Plus Bank holidays). * Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. * Employee assistance helpline. * Employee rewards scheme. * Location: Nottingham, NG7. * Salary: GBP22,000 - GBP24,000. * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
