We #39;re on the hunt for a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join the Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward at a leading private healthcare provider based in London. This full-time role offers a salary of up to GBP51,000 with an additional 9% shift enhancements. As a Senior Staff Nurse in the Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward, your duties will include: Guiding and mentoring junior nurses, using your extensive clinical knowledge to guide them. Leading the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge nurse. Implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in partnership with the wider multidisciplinary team. Experience working within Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs. Experience with tracheostomised patients is desirable. Knowledge of Safeguarding issues. Teaching and mentoring experience.
