CBW are currently recruiting for a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a private healthcare facility located in Hatfield, Hertfordshire - a perfect opportunity for a local engineer. The successful candidate will be electrically or mechanically biased (C G, 18th Edition) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance to the following. In return the company is offering a competitive salary of GBP39,000, further training and career progression. Duties Electrical - Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) Generators Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Re-set BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Hours of work Monday to Friday Flexible 7.5 hour shift (e.g. 07:00-15:30 or 08:00-16:30) Weekend call out Package Up to GBP36,400 + GBP2,500 on call allowance 24 Days Holiday + bank holidays Pension scheme Private healthcare plan Employee discounts Free parking Eye Care Contribution Life Assurance Training Development Requirements Electrically Qualified City Guilds - Level 2 3 City Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition Full UK driving license A proven track record in Building Maintenance working Good Communication Skills.
