Security Welfare Supervisor ndash; Full Job Description GBP24,000 - GBP28,000 Functional Relationships All Customers and Internal Departments This is a cracking opportunity in a freshly created role due to continued growth. The role will be travelling across current sites to cover shifts over a 5-day working week. This will include Sickness Holiday cover along with additional site-specific requirements which will vary week to week. A branded company vehicle + fuel card will be provided. Key Activities and Responsibilities middot; Oversee operational service delivery, to a ensure safe and efficient operation, assessing and considering customer requirements, and always exceeding performance targets and KPI rsquo;s. middot; Ensure that the Health and Safety culture is at the forefront of our people rsquo;s minds and that our services are delivered safely and in line with legal and regulatory compliance. middot; Ensure that the whole team has an awareness of the companies SHEQ policies, including, but not limited to QMS and Health Safety. middot; To conduct regular and documented site visits in line with SLAs and internal KPIs. middot; To be a point of escalation for Guards queries or concerns that arise. middot; To take responsibility for initiatives that deliver improvements in terms of customer service, efficiencies, cost savings and/or employee engagement. middot; To ensure all incidents are thoroughly investigated and appropriately reported in advance of agreed timescales (KPIs). middot; Completing regular CRM system checks to ensure client information is current and accurate. middot; Prepare reports and conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. middot; Ensure suitable development and succession plans are in situ for your team and yourself. middot; Help to identify learning opportunities and needs on the back of continual quality monitoring trends and analysis. middot; To ensure that all team members complete all mandatory induction and training materials in advance of agreed timescales. middot; To deputise for line management as and when required. Person Specification Essential: middot; Previous people welfare Supervisory experience working within a Security Operations Role. middot; Fundamental knowledge of the Private Security Industry and its relevant legislation and codes of practice. middot; A flexible approach to the working week and availability to work evenings and weekends if required. middot; Prior experience liaising with others and able to demonstrate they can improve the performance of individuals and a team. middot; Excellent customer service skills. middot; Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to listen and communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals, both verbally and in writing. middot; Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Open approach with effective communication. middot; Excellent IT skills with an intermediate level of MS Office fundamentals. middot; Excellent organisational skills. middot; Ability to thrive under pressure. middot; Ability to contribute to team goals, work calmly and efficiently under pressure. middot; Adaptable, flexible and a positive attitude. middot; Desire to learn and develop to enable progression within the role. middot; To hold a valid SIA (SG or DS) Licence. middot; To hold a full UK driving licence
