Job Description Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Programme Manager to join our IT Department at our Rugby site. This role could be based from most our midlands sites with travel between sites and needed. Ideally Rugby but could also be based from Lutterworth, Corby, Banbury and/or Milton Keynes. As Programme Manager you will monitor progress and deliver regular reports to the Senior Management Team. You will need prior experience of programme/project budget management and tracking. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm offering a competitive salary and package with the opportunity to work for a forward thinking market leader. Job responsibilities of Programme Manager include: Oversee the successful delivery of large and complex IT, business, and stakeholder sensitive programmes. Oversee resource allocation, highlight challenges and identify solutions. Reshape, reconfigure and realign solutions to meet challenging deadlines, without jeopardising the successful delivery of the programme. Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead capacity, providing mentoring and expertise to Project Managers. Define and embed project management methodology and practices. Qualifications To apply for the role of Programme Manager, you will possess the following skills, experiences and qualifications: Clarizen / Planview PPM tool experience. Previous experience in managing multi-discipline teams Have excellent communication skills with Director-level stakeholder management Experience of programme/project budget management and tracking A proven track record overseeing the successful delivery of large and complex IT, business, and stakeholder sensitive programmes. Quick to learn and adaptable to changing priorities. Demonstrable experience in a Senior/Lead capacity, providing mentoring and expertise to Project Managers.
