Business and Operational Coordinator Salary up to GBP35k Hybrid working Located in Wimborne, BH21Are you a capable and highly organised individual with a wealth of experience in Business, Finance and Operational roles ? Are you looking for a responsible and involved office based position where you are the right hand person to the CEO ? Do you have exceptional communication and administration skills and looking to join a successful and diverse business at their offices in Wimborne ? If so this is the role for you ! As the Business Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting senior management by providing strategic insights, facilitating decision making processes and ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organisation. As such duties will be many and varied but will include :- Supporting the sales team through developing and implementing effective sales reporting systems within the CRM to track and analyse performance, sales trends and market insights Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies Assist the Finance team with managing cash flow, monitor accounts receivable, optimise billing procedures, invoicing and raising PO #39;s and purchase orders Take a lead role in maintaining and improving the organisations quality management system within the ISO 9001 framework Continuously evaluate and optimise business processes related to sales, invoicing and quality management Collate data to produce effective reports and assist with strategic business decisions Evaluate supplier performance and implement improvement plans where necessary Manage the supplier process to align with ISO requirements Develop policies and strategies for Health and Safety Budgeting and financial planning and monitoring of financial performance Manage and organise company events such as social events and exhibitions This is an extremely exciting and involved position which would suit a capable Business Coordinator who has experience within operations and project related fields. Knowledge of finance systems and ISO 9001 would also be highly advantageous. The role is based in Wimborne BH21 so candidates need to be able to travel to the office 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
