Role: Commercial Manager Location: Warwick Offer: Hybrid working, great career prospects and a salary of up to GBP90,000 plus car/car allowance, 25 days leave + BH, pension, healthcare bonus An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Commercial Manager to join a leading infrastructure contractor delivering a highways framework in Warwick. The Commercial Manager will be reporting to the Commercial Director and taking responsibility for the financial management of projects including Highways Maintenance, Street lighting, asset management, CCTV and the refurbishment and upgrades of public spaces. As a Commercial Manager, you #39;ll be undertaking a hands on approach to ensure the smooth delivery of projects alongside the profitable running of the overall framework and the development of the wider commercial team. Some of your main responsibilities will include: Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects from inception to tendering, negotiation and agreement of contracts through to project completion Supporting the commercial management team with the dispute resolution process Manage the preparation of monthly CVR #39;s and other commercial reports Provide commercial and contractual support to colleagues and site teams Represent the financial and contractual interests of your employer to clients and stakeholders where required Act as a mentor to junior surveyors working on the contract The successful Commercial Manager can expect a rewarding career that includes no limits to your career progression with clear goals to reach Senior Commercial Manager and beyond.
