Production administrator

Our Walsall client is looking for a dynamic and proactive individual to join their team for maternity cover. Working within a manufacturing environment, you will be liaising with various departments, assisting with various admin duties, which include (but not limited to) * logging work orders onto system * updating stock onto system * answering and sending emails from customers and suppliers * inputting of production sheets onto system * opening and sharing out post * taking and making telephone calls The ideal person: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong problem-solving skills Working Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (early finish on a Friday)
