Associate Electrical Engineer Bournemouth GBP65,000 - GBP80,000 We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Associate Electrical Engineer to join our client rsquo;s office based in Bournemouth. In this role you will have a high degree of self-government as you rsquo;ll be leading and managing the Electrical Services team and support staff to deliver consistent high-quality service for clients. In this role you rsquo;ll be: You rsquo;ll be responsible for supporting and delivering designs for a range of project types and sizes. Work within a team a multidisciplinary team of engineers Ensure that repeat and new business opportunities are developed Continue to grow and develop a team of technically competent engineers Seek new opportunities to develop the business You will be in a client-facing role, attending project meetings and disseminating the brief within the project team. Creating and maintaining a high reputation within the industry and ensuring adherence to QM and risk control procedures is also a very important part of the role What we rsquo;re looking for: Relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification You should have excellent technical knowledge in your primary discipline You will have experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment, leading, motivating, and supervising junior/senior engineers.
