Senior quantity surveyor

One of London #39;s most successful specialist civil engineering contractors is looking to strengthen it #39;s commercial team following recent growth and a healthy forward pipeline. They take on schemes, typically GBP20m to GBP50m, as a principal contractor focussing on the following scope: * Enabling works/demolition * Basement excavation * Temporary works/piling/groundworks * Superstructure Projects tend to be centred around the city of London/West End, so naturally you #39;ll need to be based within reach of zone one/zone two. It #39;s expected you #39;ll be capable of picking up a couple of projects concurrently (or one major project). You #39;ll have project based Assistants/QS #39;s full-time and so you #39;ll be spending most of your time working between your schemes as well as catching up with the Commercial Director at HO. In a ideal world, you #39;ll have... 1. Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar 2. Five to ten years experience as a Project QS on London projects 3. Experience running schemes GBP10m and above 4.
