Role Overview: As an IT Account Manager, you will be driving client success through a diverse range of IT and Telecom services. You #39;ll manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that clients receive unparalleled service and support. Your role will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering customised solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Please note this is a field based role with the requirement to attend our clients Head Office in Newark twice a week.
