Cost control engineer

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are currently for a Cost Control Engineer, ideally from a manufacturing background to work for our client based in the Blackburn area. We are currently recruiting for an exciting and varied role working for a market leading European business, as part of this role you will have the below responsibilities and experience: Monitor and audit costings for a number of projects and materials. Work on high value projects/enquiries are logged on the system and provide timely updates to ensure awareness of business opportunities. Deliver technical quotations of company products involving liaising with multiple departments. Ensure accuracy and quality with products and quotations. Experience with costing/estimating in a previous role, ideally in manufacturing. Experience delivering technical quotations and liaising with suppliers Features and Benefits of working for this company as well as salary include: Starting Salary between GBP33,000-GBP35,000 depending on experience 37 hour working week (half day on Friday) Full CAD Training High Career development potential in a growing company.
