Then this might be the opportunity for you hellip; I rsquo;m currently looking for a specialist office fit-out Estimator to join a longstanding client of mine in central London. About the company: My client specialises in office design and refurbishments, office fitouts, and small works for commercial interior spaces. With a diverse and dynamic workforce, this company has had a very successful start to the year. About the role: As the Estimator, you will supervise a team of estimators and report directly to the Pre-construction Director. You will tender on fit-out CAT A B projects ranging in value from GBP500k to GBP3m. You will be based at my client rsquo;s offices in central London. Rewards and Benefits: * GBP60,000 - GBP70,000 * Travel allowance. * Bonus scheme * One day a week working from home. * Health insurance Requirements: * Experience of estimating fit-out and refurbishment projects. * Experience using Estimating software. * Good communication skills * Construction related degree is advantageous
