Skilled labourer

Our client is a local professional established building company offering services covering all aspects of the building sector. They are looking for a skilled labourer with a great attitude, excellent work ethic, experience with power tools and the ability to assist all trades, lifting and shifting, mixing sand and cement, must be used to hard work. The work our client carries out is in commercial domestic properties in Southampton, Dorset, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis. You MUST be able to drive as the yard is in a rural area, you must be at the yard for 7:30am then transport will be provided to site. Duties you will be assisting with: Mixing sand cement Carrying / lifting / shifting materials Using power tools Assisting all trades Site clearance Groundworks / Digging Fence installations Assisting with Carpentry Health safety awareness Working with a team Key Skills: Good presentation skills Excellent communication skills Work on your own / team Good work ethic Reliable Professional Good time keeping and attendance Ability to work under pressure Attention to detail Ability to learn Key Experience: Assisting trades Experience within the trade Basic trade skills
