Science Teacher - Marlow Role: Science Teacher Location: Marlow Start date: September 2024 Supply Desk is looking to recruit a passionate Science teacher who can serve as an excellent role model and inspire both pupils and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Science teacher to begin teaching and help students expand their knowledge and understanding of the subject. The role/ Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging science lessons that combine practical applications and hands-on activities to increase student participation and understanding. Create a supportive and stimulating learning environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore scientific concepts independently, and strive for academic excellence. Use differentiated instruction strategies, including visual aids, group work, and technology-based tools, to cater to diverse learning styles and improve student comprehension. Regularly assess student performance and understanding through formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student growth and development. Collaborate with colleagues to design cross-disciplinary projects that integrate science with other subjects, promoting a holistic learning experience.
