Business support officer

Business Support Officer Wokingham Borough Council are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Support Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company #39;s operations by ensuring that costings for EHCP students are inputted correctly into their new finance module on Capita. Start Date: ASAP Contract length: Initially 4-6 weeks Hours per week: 37 hours per week Rate of pay: GBP15.13 per hour Responsibilities: Inputting costings for EHCP students into the finance module on Capita Accessing student records to find necessary information Speaking to case officers who work with the children to confirm costs Working with the finance team to ensure costings are being put on correctly Using data management systemsRequirements: Essential - Knowledge of SEND Desirable - Experience using Capita one Ability to work from home Excellent communication skills Experience using child/client data management systems If you have the required skills and experience for this Business Support Officer, please apply now
