Title: Senior Site manager Project Locations: North of England (Large allocation around Liverpool Manchester, Leeds Newcastle) Office Location: Bradford Salary: GBP50k - GBP55k (experience depending) Package: Company Car or Car Allowance Start: 20th June Shift Pattern/Hours: Mon ndash; Fri, 8am ndash; 5pm My client is a family-owned main contractor with a GBP60m annual turnover who specialise in large design build projects across the North of England with a focus on Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds Newcastle areas. They are currently extremely busy and have multiple projects starting across Liverpool, Manchester Newcastle over the next few weeks. They are currently looking for a Northwest based Senior Site Manager with experience managing medium sized Industrial builds from inception through to completion. The first project will be a GBP10m Design Build Industrial unit in Liverpool where you will be running the job as No.1 with another site manager Site Engineer reporting to you
