Ground maintenance team leader

As the Team leader you will be working alongsideand supervising the Operatives on new sites providing grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian) strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter pickingand a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works. Job Objectives and Responsibilities: To Ensure all tasks are completed to the required standard. To ensure you are in pocession and wear the correct uniform PPE at all times. To ensure all vehicles and machinery are in good working order. Attend and participate in any requested Tool Box Talks. Main Duties/ Responsibilities: Grass Cutting Strimming Pruning Weeding Shrub and Border Maintenance Hedge Cutting Leaf and Litter Picking Sweeping/cleansing Herbicide application A full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works. Essential Good eye for detail A full driving license CSCS card Previous experience within Grounds Maintenance
