Internal sales executive

Our client are looking for a driven, dynamic, charismatic and motivated individual to become part of their unique direct to customer sales team based in their Manchester showroom. This role does not involve any cold-calling - the majority of this role is sitting pre-booked virtual appointments, demonstrating the different product features our client offer and using your product knowledge to advise on what would best suit each customers #39; needs. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: * Sit virtual appointments with leads * Maintaining the exceptional customer service throughout the customer rsquo;s journey, driving growth while ensuring customer satisfaction * Demonstrating product features and benefits to customers via a variety of platforms * Contacting leads to present products while converting leads to sales * Attending exhibitions to raise awareness of products and maximise sales opportunities * Completing and submitting order forms for processing Previous sales experience is desirable but not required
